Domestic (USA) Returns/Exchanges

At Flow Feet, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your shoes don't meet your expectations in terms of fit, comfort, or overall happiness, you can return them within 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund—no questions asked. During the holiday season (Nov 1 - Dec 31), we extend our return window to 90 days to give you extra peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for shoes purchased from our website that meet the following criteria:

1. Condition: Shoes must show no signs of wear and returned in the condition they were received.

2. Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original box, including all accessories (laces, inserts, etc.).

3. Shipping: The original shoe box or packaging must be placed inside a protective shipping box or plastic sleeve (poly mailer bag). Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.

Manufacturer Defects: If your shoes have a manufacturer defect, you can exchange them for the same style or request a refund once we have inspected the item. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or exceeding the shoe’s life expectancy are not covered. The life expectancy varies based on usage and individual wear patterns. For defective items, we’ll provide a return label, and if a defect is confirmed, we’ll process the exchange or refund promptly. Note that due to health and hygiene concerns, intimate items (socks, braces, etc.) cannot be returned if tried on or worn.

How Do I Return The Shoes?

1. Obtain return form/shipping label - You’ll find a return label in your package. If it's missing, please contact us at (877) 926-0133 or email customerservice@flowfeet.com to request a return label. You can also click the button below to generate a pre-paid return label. Print the label and affix it to the package. If you're unable to print the label, we can mail one to you upon request. 2. Package The Product - Place the unworn shoes, the original shoe box, and the packing slip inside a suitable shipping box.

3. Ship the Package - Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location. Return shipping costs are a flat $8, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this covers pre-paid postage only; it does not include pickup fees. For pickup options, visit USPS or UPS websites to schedule a pickup. Additional fees may be applicable for carrier pickup.

Alternatively, you may use your own shipping label to return the package. If you choose this option, you'll receive a full refund – no return fee will be deducted from refund. Please keep the carrier tracking number for reference and proof of delivery if needed.

How Do I Exchange The Shoes?

Your First Exchange is Free! We offer one free exchange per order! After the first exchange, any additional exchanges will be at your expense.

How to Exchange your Order

1. Request a Shipping Label: Use the provided return label inside your package. If it's missing, please contact us at (877) 926-0133 or email customerservice@flowfeet.com to request a prepaid shipping label for your first exchange. Our customer solution representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.

2. Receive & Print Label: Once your exchange is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print the label and attach it to your return package. If you are not able to print the label, we can mail one to you upon request.

3. Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location. If this is your first exchange, the return shipping charges are on us—your exchange is completely free! For any additional exchanges after the first one, we will deduct the return shipping fee of $8 from the refund.

Please Note: If the shoes are not returned with protective packaging, a $9.00 re-boxing fee may apply.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

International Returns
We do accept returns for international shipments. The return request must be made within 30 days from delivery to you. We do not provide return labels for international return shipments. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to our return address below. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are not refunded.

International Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order, a new order will need to be placed. We do not offer free exchanges for international shipments at this time. Please follow the international returns instructions above for returning the item and place new order for the exchange item.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

You can expect your refund to be initiated within 3-8 business days from the date we receive your return. The process that warrants this time period is the inspection process (2-3 business days), the refund process and credit applied to your credit card of original form of payment (1-5 business days). Additional days before your refund is received may apply depending on your credit card company. Flow Feet does not refund expedited shipping costs.
