Shipments and Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise noted) and are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

2-Day shipping is available for select items and brands. At the checkout, if your item is eligible for 2-Day shipment, you will see this shipping method offered in the "Shipping Method" section. Same-Day shipping for expedited orders will need to be placed weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 12 PM CT. If placed after 12 PM CT Monday-Friday, the order will be shipped next business day via 2-Day Shipping. 2-Day Shipping can be sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or FedEx 2-Day, whichever will meet delivery deadline requirements.

Overnight shipment is available, however, you will need to request this shipping method via email customerservice@flowfeet.com or by calling our customer service (877) 926-0133.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Shipments & Delivery

International orders are shipped from our central location within 5-8 business days. We attempt to get international orders shipped in a timely manner. Transit time can vary from 6 - 21 days depending on the delivery times to the country selected for shipping. International shipments can be shipped via USPS International Mail or UPS International shipping methods.

The buyer is responsible for any handling fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, and customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are not involved and do not know the customs regulations and charges in your country, as they vary for each country.  Please do research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local post or customs office for more information. It is the full responsibility of the customer to verify any customs charges, duties, and required procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and shipping fees are non-refundable.
